
Senior Corporate Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly respected boutique law firm in North Dallas to identify an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal. This is a hands‑on, senior‑level role for a paralegal who thrives in transactional work and enjoys taking ownership of complex matters from start to finish. In this role, you'll support multiple attorneys and play an integral part in high‑level corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, commercial lending, and commercial real estate. The firm is seeking a confident, detail‑driven professional who can work independently, manage multiple closings at once, and consistently deliver exceptional work.
This is a full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity. The position is on‑site for the first 90 days, with the potential for two non‑consecutive remote days per week thereafter. Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
What You'll Do
Support all phases of corporate and real estate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and commercial lending
Draft, organize, and manage transaction documents, schedules, checklists, and closing binders
Independently coordinate and execute complex closings, including all pre‑ and post‑closing deliverables
Prepare corporate agreements, resolutions, consents, and filings; conduct due diligence (UCCs, lien searches, etc.)
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and title companies while maintaining accurate and confidential electronic files
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal with substantial transactional and closing experience
Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
Extensive experience handling complex M&A and commercial loan transactions
Strong legal drafting skills in corporate and transactional matters
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and integrity
