In-House Corporate Paralegal

Exceptional opportunity to work for our client, with offices nationally and abroad, as a Paralegal in their highly collaborative in-house legal team. The day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and will include frequent client interaction and fielding requests, drafting responses to client requests, analyzing data, maintaining company database making updates when necessary, assist with due diligence, tasks related to data security infrastructure, work across departments as this role has high visibility, and compliance work. This is a wonderful learning opportunity for a legal professional who has substantive experience in a fast-paced legal department or law firm and strong academic achievements. Exceptional communication skills, ability to pick up new software programs, and possess meticulous attention to detail.
