Role Description This is a full-time role for a Creator and Affiliate Growth Associate. Candidates must be based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area or willing to relocate. This role requires regular on‑site presence in the DFW area to support production shoots at local studios and collaborate with the team in person as needed.

The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with creators and affiliates, conducting outreach to potential partners, coordinating marketing initiatives, and overseeing collaborations. Additional tasks include analyzing performance metrics, facilitating campaigns, and aligning affiliate strategies with the company's growth goals.

What You’ll Be Doing Affiliate Program Growth

Grow active revenue‑producing affiliates from 21 to 50+ while improving activation rate to 75%

Track revenue, CPA, ROI, and conversion performance weekly to ensure profitability targets are maintained

Monitor affiliates for platform rule adherence and take action on violators while evaluating overall revenue impact

Build repeatable onboarding and follow‑up processes that scale affiliate output without increasing overhead

Creator Account Management

Manage creators from negotiation and contracting through deliverables, payment, and brand ambassador conversion

Maintain blended creator ROI at or above 3.0x while increasing revenue per project by 15%

Ensure 90%+ on‑time deliverables and take action on underperforming creators within 60 days

Deliver structured monthly performance dashboards by the 5th business day

Amazon Creator Optimization

Increase Creator Connections attributed orders from 4‑5 per day to 8+ per day

Maintain strong ROAS while increasing order velocity

Implement Amazon‑compliant review language and structured sample workflows

Track rating impact, attribution shifts, and performance volatility

Production and Content Operations

Plan and coordinate 4 high‑production video and photography shoots per quarter at studios in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area

Be hands‑on during smaller, on‑demand shoots, assisting with photo and video execution as needed

Own logistics, scheduling, and communication for all production work to keep shoots running smoothly and on time

Reduce marketing leadership logistics time by 50% through structured planning and clear ownership

Maintain base‑level proficiency in product photography and video so you can step in and execute when needed

Fulfillment and Systems

Process product shipments and coordinate with fulfillment partners

Maintain 95%+ on‑time shipment rate and 100% Airtable accuracy

Keep dashboards, tracking, and task management organized across all tools

Ownership mindset, you take full responsibility for outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions without waiting to be told

Proactive communicator who escalates early and keeps the right people informed

Startup‑comfortable and adaptable, you thrive in fast‑moving environments where priorities shift and speed matters

Continuously looking for ways to make processes more efficient and scalable

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including the ability to build and manage relationships with creators and affiliates

Proficiency in market research to identify trends, target audiences, and new opportunities

Experience in sales and marketing to drive partnerships, campaigns, and brand growth

Project management capability to oversee multiple collaborations and affiliate initiatives simultaneously

2 to 5 years of experience in account management, operations, partnerships, e‑commerce, or creator marketing

Proficiency in analyzing performance data and optimizing strategies for scalability

Base‑level comfort with photo and video production, hands‑on shoot experience is a plus

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Must be based in Dallas‑Fort Worth or willing to relocate

Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, affiliate networks, Amazon, or TikTok Shop is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
