You will help shape the visual language of a company at the intersection of science, health, and human potential.

What You’ll Do Reporting to the Director of Brand and Creative, you will help bring our brand vision to life across channels while contributing to the evolution and scalability of our visual identity.

systems thinker with art direction experience and hands‑on designer craft.

You are:

A visual storyteller

A brand architect

A builder of scalable design systems

Comfortable both concepting campaigns and designing the final asset yourself

You don’t just make things look beautiful. You make them make sense as you design impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact Brand expression and evolution

Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts across:

Paid media and campaigns

Email and lifecycle marketing

Landing pages and digital experiences

Social and influencer content

Sales materials and investor presentations

Packaging and in‑box experiences

You will help evolve our brand aesthetic to feel elevated, science‑forward, and human.

Design systems and scale

Build and maintain scalable design systems that:

Ensure consistency across DTC and B2B

Improve speed and efficiency

Enable cross‑functional teams to execute with clarity

Support global growth

You think beyond individual assets and think in systems.

Campaign concepting and art direction

Partner with writers and growth leaders to:

Concept campaign ideas

Maintain brand integrity across paid and owned channels

You can lead creatively while rolling up your sleeves.

Work closely with:

Growth and performance marketing

Product and UX

Content and social

Executive leadership

You translate strategy into design, design into business impact.

User‑centered design

Design with clarity, usability, and conversion in mind. You understand UX principles and how visual hierarchy influences behavior.

Faster campaign execution without sacrificing quality

Stronger conversion performance through improved creative

Clear visual distinction in the longevity space

Internal teams empowered with better creative tools

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in brand design

Experience in‑house and/or at a design/brand/advertising agency (at least one required)

Strong portfolio across digital, campaign, and brand work

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva

Experience leveraging AI tools to scale creative production

Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand systems

Ability to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling

Experience preparing files for print and digital production

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to balance strategic thinking with pixel‑level execution

Bonus points if you have

Motion graphics or video editing experience

Familiarity with HTML/CSS

Photography or illustration experience

Experience in health, wellness, biotech, or consumer health brands

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 base pay. Benefits + Bonus + Equity. Final compensation commensurate with experience and the opportunity to grow alongside a mission‑driven organization.
