Overview We’re looking for a hands‑on, Supervising Producer to lead fabrication and stunt‑heavy experiential work for a major entertainment brand. If you know what permit to pull to build a tennis court on a rooftop, ‘know a lady’ to call to create 1,000 custom snow globes, or think a stunt with a celeb on a Zamboni is just a normal Wednesday afternoon – apply here. We are looking for the perfect someone to support a dream team tasked with pulling off PR‑worthy stunts. This role blends creative problem‑solving with serious production chops and financial understanding. You’ll be embedded with the client in NYC (onsite at their offices 3x/week) with some limited travel required.
Responsibilities Fabrication, Sourcing and “Make it Happen” Production
Translate big ideas into builds that are safe, feasible, on brand, and on budget.
Manage vendor sourcing, bidding, negotiating, contracting, and quality control.
Lead all scenic, prop, signage, merchandise, and custom needs for stunts and events.
Source everything from products, merchandize, one‑off custom items
Manage the full build lifecycle: timelines, logistics, install/strike, storage, and reuse where possible.
End-to-End Experiential & Stunt Oversight
Lead physical production for experiential activations, stunts, and one‑off brand moments.
Own master production plans: budgets, schedules, and resourcing across multiple overlapping projects.
Drive onsite execution, troubleshoot in real time, and calmly handle last‑minute changes and one‑of‑a‑kind requests.
Ensure delivery is buttoned‑up from initial brief through final reconciliation.
Permits, Logistics & Operations
Navigate permits, location agreements, and working with city agencies.
Coordinate with internal teams, partner vendors, manufacturers, shippers, and local crews to keep everything moving on time.
Partner with internal legal/operations/procurement teams to stay compliant with contracting, insurance, and safety requirements.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, mentor, and develop Senior Producer.
Establish production workflows, tools, and best practices.
Elevate team knowledge and execution standards.
Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration across creative, account, and project teams.
Client & Partner Management
Serve as senior production lead with clients and agency partners.
Build long‑term vendor and supplier relationships.
Maintain trusted, solutions‑focused client partnerships.
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in experiential, print and art production, scenic production, or live event production.
Extensive experience managing large‑scale builds and complex event logistics.
Proven ability to oversee multi‑project budgets and teams simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and vendor management expertise.
Extensive vendor contacts and experience.
Experience mentoring and managing producers.
Excellent executive‑level communication and presentation skills.
Agency experience strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and event operations.

Compensation Range: $75/hr - $81/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
