Our growing company is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager - North America to act as a liaison between the U.S. and Canada sales teams, the Global Trade Marketing team, and distributors for a defined brand portfolio.

This role is responsible for developing and executing differentiated marketing strategies across North America. The Trade Marketing Manager will leverage market data and analysis to inform business decisions and ensure marketing plans and initiatives are effectively executed in market.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities

Lead the 360° cross-functional brand engagement strategy, managing the annual calendar of product launches and integrated marketing initiatives.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with brand growth and commercial objectives.

Coordinate closely with global operational marketing and sales teams to track product forecasts and availability of newness, promotion, and POSM to ensure successful launches.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, and client-facing activations and create media approval decks.

Monitor, adapt and optimize the mix of paid, owned, and earned media across the US and Canada, following KPIs across brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and retention to maximize ROI.

Manage Pure Media Budget of assigned brands.

Produce quarterly Global Marketing Activity Reports, analyzing campaign performance and recommending optimization actions.

Develop U.S. marketing initiatives across off-site digital and in-store retailer channels and oversee execution with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities, propose innovative initiatives/products, and drive sales growth.

Collaborate with GTM, PR and Communication teams to deliver timely social media, digital, and training assets to U.S. retailers and distributors.

Manage market-specific requests from distributors and U.S. retailers, including presentations, product launch materials, visual assets, and marketing toolkits.

Create and implement regional merchandising guidelines tailored to local market needs.

Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager – North America in executing regional brand and commercial strategies.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.

3+ years of experience in trade marketing or brand marketing.

Beauty industry experience required; fragrance experience strongly preferred.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Strong understanding of luxury categories and the fragrance/cosmetics industry.

The salary range for this position is

$85,000-$100,000 annually , commensurable with skills, experience, and qualifications
