We’re looking for a Digital Media Strategist who thrives in the space between vision and execution — someone who can architect smart, integrated strategies and then roll up their sleeves to bring them to life. This isn’t a one-channel, one-note kind of role. You’ll move fluidly across platforms, audiences, budgets, and objectives — crafting campaigns that flex to meet brands where they are and push them where they want to go. One day you’re mapping out a high-level media roadmap; the next, you’re optimizing live campaigns, uncovering performance insights, and fine-tuning the mix for maximum impact. You’ll collaborate with ambitious brands spanning industries and growth stages — each with unique goals, challenges, and stories to tell. Your work will directly influence how they show up in the world and how they connect with the audiences that matter most.
What You’ll Do: Shape Smart Media Strategies
Develop thoughtful, multi-channel media strategies designed to connect brands with the right audiences at the right times.
Determine how budgets should be allocated across platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, display, and emerging traditional and digital channels.
Evaluate market opportunities, audience insights, and campaign goals to inform channel mix and investment strategy.
Ensure and elevate media plans by working with internal partners and teams to support bigger pictures behind each campaign.
Launch & Manage Campaigns
Implement paid media campaigns across various platforms - ensuring everything is setup strong and running smoothly.
Manage timelines, schedules, budgets, and performance throughout the life of a campaign.
Continuously test, rework, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Keep a close eye on delivery, ensuring media meets expectations and stays aligned with client goals.
Turn Data into Decisions
Dive deeper into campaign performance across platforms and identify unique opportunities to strengthen results in real time.
Monitor digital KPIs like conversions, engagement, timelines, ROAS, impressions and more to drive action.
Use performance data to influence optimization efforts - refining targets, creative assets, and budgeting across channels.
Develop clean reporting and performance recaps that highlight key insights, takeaways, and opportunities for future campaigns and strategies.
Partner closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, and account services to align on media plans and campaign objectives.
Join strategy sessions and share informative ideas confidently to bring fresh perspective on strategies, digital channels, and upcoming needs.
Cultivate relationships with media partners and platform representatives to stay ahead of new tools, ad formats, and digital capabilities.
Stay adaptable and curious about evolving digital trends and continuously explore new ways to improve performance and reach.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a relevant field.
4-6 years of experience in media planning, buying, or paid media strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience launching and optimizing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, or similar.
Familiarity with programmatic, display, CTV, or other performance-driven digital media channels is a plus.
Strong grasp of how multiple channels work together within a broader media strategy.
