Senior Attorney
on behalf of our client, a well-established civil litigation firm. This is a hybrid position in
San Francisco, CA . Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex civil litigation, preferably with exposure to antitrust matters or class actions. You’ll be working on cutting‑edge cases that shape markets and industries, advocating for fair competition and consumer rights. Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own docket of complex civil litigation and class action cases Draft high-quality complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests/responses Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and conduct hearings Handle mediations and settlement negotiations Examine witnesses at trial and contribute to trial strategy Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff Collaborate with co-counsel on large-scale litigation efforts Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in California Civil litigation experience, preferably in antitrust, class actions, or complex business disputes Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Experience managing multiple matters and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Compensation:
This position offers an annual salary between $230,000-$300,000 in addition to a full benefits package.
