Position Summary The
Account Executive,
Premium Sales and Services
plays a key role in providing best‑in‑class service to the premium seating members at Enmarket Arena. This role is a hybrid sales and service role, with a close relationship to the corporate partnership team. This role requires a proactive problem solver, with a strong work ethic, good attitude and a commitment to teamwork. This role includes an open, non‑traditional schedule that requires the ability to work all events and possible nights and weekends.
This role pays an annual salary of $45,000-$50,000 and is commission eligible.

About the Venue The
Enmarket Arena
boasts a 9,500‑seat arena with luxury suites, club seating, and first‑rate food and beverage. The Enmarket Arena has bolstered entertainment in the Southeast by hosting must‑see national touring concerts, family shows, comedians, and more. The venue is also expanding sports in the region by recently introducing a tenant ECHL hockey team, the Savannah Ghost Pirates, along with presenting professional, collegiate and amateur sporting events.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for premium member accounts and Enmarket Arena.
Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with premium clients, through phone calls, emails, in‑seat visits at events, face‑to‑face appointments, and community networking events.
Provide knowledge and assist premium members with maximizing their accounts.
Be attentive and respond to all customer requests, concerns, and inquiries within 24 business hours.
Identify opportunities for up‑sells, add‑ons, and referral business from clients to maximize revenue.
Research, prospect, and establish potential group Leaders through daily phone calls, emails, and social networks.
Attends all Enmarket Arena events to further enhance and develop relationships with premium members.
Works with other department stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the premium experience are best‑in‑class.
Participate in the planning and implementation of premium and corporate partner events.
Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
College graduate (4) year degree preferred.
Minimum of 3‑5 years of successful experience in sports, hospitality or entertainment is preferred.
Be customer service and fan experience oriented.
Strong writing skills.
Excellent time management skills, being able to handle multiple projects at once.
Flexibility to adapt to a frequently changing work environment and deliver on challenging demands.
Ability to speak and interact confidently with current members and prospects.
Presents self in professional manner.
Available to work a variable schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and all Arena events.
