What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Translate advertiser revenue‑driving briefs into tailored media solutions, including formats, audiences, measurement, and pricing
Build proposals and media plans, close deals, and execute insertion orders (IOs)
Assist in campaign execution, including trafficking readiness, quality assurance, pacing, optimizations, and budget delivery
Coordinate cross‑functionally with various departments to unblock hurdles and ensure successful activation
Identify and pitch upsell opportunities throughout the campaign lifecycle to increase revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 4 years of experience in media or sales planning at an agency, publisher, or platform
Strong understanding of programmatic, social, and video advertising
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Ability to creatively solve problems and thrive amid ambiguity
Proficiency in storytelling through data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with off‑platform sales teams or in a similar advertising environment
Familiarity with audience planning and inventory forecasting
Proven track record of driving incremental revenue through effective campaign management
Ability to craft compelling narratives that differentiate the employer's offerings
