Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth through strategic affiliate and partner marketing initiatives within the gaming industry. The successful candidate will activate, manage, and optimize performance-driven partnerships across creators, influencers, publishers, and affiliate partners. This hands‑on role requires deep technical expertise in affiliate platform operations and a data‑driven approach to partner engagement. Working independently in a fast‑paced environment, you will manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships from onboarding through ongoing optimization, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and measurable business outcomes. Success in this position is defined by your ability to activate partners quickly, drive performance results, maintain data accuracy, and deliver professional, high‑quality work across all initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Activate and manage partners through structured one‑on‑one onboarding, launch playbooks, and ongoing optimization strategies.
Operate daily within third‑party affiliate platforms to manage tracking links, attribution logic, offers, and reporting.
Analyze performance data to drive actionable insights and optimize conversion funnels, placements, and partner strategies.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, analytics, product, legal, and finance teams to ensure accurate tracking and scalable operations.
Troubleshoot tracking issues related to pixels, postbacks, UTMs, and attribution discrepancies.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, quality of work, and on‑time delivery across all partner initiatives.
Evaluate partner performance using defined KPIs and recommend optimizations aligned with business goals.
Support paid media marketing functions through strategic affiliate marketing execution.
Build and scale content, outreach, and optimization programs to drive commission‑based revenue.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience with Affiliate Platform Operations using Impact or comparable third‑party tools, or Partner Social Media Management.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with Tracking, Attribution, and Funnel Mechanics demonstrating technical affiliate knowledge.
Minimum 4 years of experience with Data Analysis and Performance Optimization at the partner level.
3 to 5 years of overall experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing.
Previous experience with business development, sales, or performance media is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue with clear metrics and measurable business impact.
Portfolio or previous samples showcasing social media or affiliate experience, particularly examples of partnership optimization.
Candidates must provide resumes that clearly describe key metrics and the business impact those metrics generated.
Stable employment history with minimal unexplained gaps.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Hands‑on expertise with Impact or similar affiliate platforms such as CJ, Partnerize, Rakuten, or Everflow.
Deep understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution models, pixels and postbacks, UTMs, and conversion funnels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners without authority.
Self‑starter mentality with strong time management and independent work capability.
Professional judgment and ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced environments.
Passion for gaming and familiarity with creator, influencer, or partner ecosystems.
Ability to work and respond to messages during standard Pacific Time business hours.

Pay Range: $51.50 – $58.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non‑Exempt
