Partnerships Strategy & Ecosystem Development

Architect and execute G10’s partnerships strategy across:

Ecommerce consultants & fractional COOs

Platforms and tech partners (Shopify ecosystem, ecommerce tools)

Lead aggregators and matchmakers

3PL-to-3PL referral relationships

Industry associations and networks

Design partner program structures, including referral models and activation frameworks

Recruit, onboard, and activate high-leverage partners

Develop enablement materials (pitch decks, ICP definitions, positioning frameworks)

Drive joint marketing initiatives (events, webinars, content, conferences)

Attribution & Revenue Accountability

Design and own the partner attribution model

Define attribution logic (sourced, influenced, multi-touch as appropriate)

Architect Salesforce workflows for referral tracking and campaign tagging

Build reporting dashboards for partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution

Establish performance benchmarks and ROI accountability by partner

Performance Optimization

Own partner performance metrics:

Leads generated

SQL conversion rates

Pipeline contribution

Revenue sourced and influenced

Build structured feedback loops with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps

Continuously improve partner quality and pipeline impact

Requirements

5–10 years of experience leading partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem programs

Proven track record of building partnerships into repeatable, revenue-generating channels

Deep understanding of ecosystem-driven acquisition in ecommerce, logistics, SaaS, or agency environments

Strong Salesforce expertise (highly preferred), including:

Workflow architecture

Referral tracking automation

Campaign attribution modeling

Revenue reporting frameworks

Experience designing attribution models—not just reporting on them

Strong analytical and operator mindset with comfort owning pipeline metrics

Executive-level communicator capable of influencing both external partners and internal stakeholders
