Our client, a leading organization in the corporate sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the People Operations team supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of People Operational Excellence and Corporate Functions People Partners.

Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate detailed travel arrangements.

Prepare meeting agendas, compile documents, and ensure smooth execution of meetings and events.

Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.

Collaborate across teams to ensure timely follow-up on commitments and stakeholder engagement.

What's Needed?

At least 5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.

Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a demanding and dynamic schedule.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other virtual collaboration tools.
