Athlete Performance Solutions (APS), headquartered in Austin, Texas, is a global footwear and apparel licensee of Nike Inc., marketing, distributing, and selling Nike's pinnacle, performance footwear, competition apparel, and word mark apparel for several Sports.

Our Needs APS is currently searching for a full-time Content Specialist position based in proximity to our primary warehouse location in Kyle, Texas.

Job Summary As a member of the marketing and design teams, the Content Specialist develops messages and graphics to engage APS’s wide range of stakeholders, which would encompass numerous Nike sport categories and the Gameday Boots brand. The ideal candidate would likely be a tinkerer at heart and endlessly curious about ways to bring content to life. The Content Specialist utilizes design principles and tactics to capture and develop creative assets that are clear, concise, and eye‑catching in order to encourage action among audience members. This individual will capture, design and develop static image photography, videos/short form reels, digital graphics, and motion graphics for a variety of mediums. The Content Specialist will collaborate with the APS marketing team in the development and execution of comprehensive social media and digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, product sales, and communicate critical information.

Key Responsibilities

Executes general and special photographic and short form video assignments requiring professionalism and technical expertise using various types of cameras, including but not limited to candid coverage of live sporting events, both studio and on location product shots, photo shoots with athletes and brand ambassadors.

Develops audio/visual content including but not limited to print materials, social media graphics, web and email graphics, motion graphics, videos, and audio clips.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, lnDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.

Experience and/or eagerness to embrace AI for ideation, b2b sales tools, and possible consumer facing applications.

Operate and maintain necessary inventory of professional photography equipment and supplies.

Creates and oversees the maintenance of a library of social media marketing assets and an inventory of all previously created content organized by goals, topics, and keywords.

Develops and disseminates media toolkits of key products for internal and external use.

Works closely with the APS marketing and design teams to define the brand story and integrate it within visual assets.

Ability to clearly articulate the organizational goal behind the creation of content.

Ability to ensure the continuity of voice across all channels while tailoring messaging for specific audiences.

Ability to travel as requested to conduct photoshoots in a variety of locations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in photography/videography and graphic design.

Demonstrate evidence of creative ability and technical skill through portfolio of work.

Knowledge of sports and experience working with athletes and/or influencers and celebrities.
