Managing the Employee Relations function and providing front-line interface with Team Members and leaders in interpreting and ensuring consistent policy application, responding to questions orcomplaints, mediating conflicts, and coaching and counseling to improve relationships andperformance.Responsibilities also include, completing investigations, resolving Employee Relations issues, and spending a large amount of time on the floor promoting Station Casino’s, Focus on Family Company-wide culture.
Qualifications:
HR Generalist experience a plus. Bilingual in Spanish required
