Our client is seeking a Human Resource Generalist – Labor Relations to support their HR team in Niles, Michigan. The Human Resource Generalist will focus on employee relations, labor compliance, and supporting leadership with workplace policies and HR best practices.

Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities

• Support labor relations matters, including employee concerns and workplace investigations
• Assist leadership with employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy guidance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Maintain HR documentation and assist with disciplinary processes when needed
• Partner with management to support a positive and compliant workplace environment

Human Resource Generalist Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience with exposure to employee or labor relations
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally

Human Resource Generalist Compensation

• Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 annually
• Location: Niles, MI
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM EST 100% On-site
