As we expand across the United States, we are looking for a

Channel Development Manager

to build and lead a nationwide network of independent sales representatives and regional partners within the restaurant industry.

Role Overview This role focuses on

building and managing a scalable sales partner network

across the U.S.

You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting independent sales representatives and regional partners who promote Neonovas solutions to restaurants and hospitality businesses.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing startup environment and will play a key part in Neonovas' national expansion strategy.

Channel Development

Recruit and onboard independent sales representatives and regional partners across key U.S. markets

Build and expand a scalable channel sales network for the restaurant industry

Identify potential partners including restaurant consultants, POS sales teams, equipment dealers, and technology resellers

Partner Enablement

Train and support channel partners on Neonovas products and sales process

Provide sales tools, demo materials, and ROI messaging to help partners succeed

Assist partners with customer demos and closing deals when needed

Market Expansion

Identify high-potential restaurant markets and develop regional expansion strategies

Help establish pilot locations and demo restaurants to support partner sales activities

Sales Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams on market feedback, customer insights, and product improvements

Track partner performance and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in

channel sales, partnership development, or business development

Experience in

restaurant technology, POS systems, payment solutions, SaaS, or restaurant equipment sales

is highly preferred

Proven ability to recruit and manage sales partners or resellers

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment

Comfortable working independently and driving market expansion

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply:

Restaurant POS systems (Toast, Square, Clover, etc.)

Restaurant technology solutions

Payment processing

Restaurant equipment distribution
