The
Brand Identity Coordinator
will support and maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications, promotional materials, and business collateral. This role plays a key part in ensuring our company’s visual identity and messaging are accurately represented across all channels, including print, digital, social media, and website presences.
This role will support social media content development, assist with the day-to-day execution of business development initiatives, manage the company’s industry award calendar and assist with submissions, and help organize and maintain the company’s marketing content library. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands brand standards, and enjoys collaborating with internal and external teams in the fast‑paced print and promotional products environment.
Social Media Content Support
Assist with the creation, scheduling, and coordination of social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging posts that highlight company initiatives, products, and culture.
Monitor social media trends and contribute ideas for content that strengthens brand awareness and engagement.
Maintain familiarity with platform best practices, content formats, and emerging social media tools.
Business Development & Onboarding
Support the day-to-day execution of business development initiatives, including brand-driven recruiting campaigns and onboarding materials.
Assist in developing marketing materials and messaging used to attract and welcome new representatives or partners.
Coordinate campaign assets across digital, print, and social channels to ensure consistent messaging.
Track campaign progress and assist in maintaining recruitment-related marketing materials.
Awards & Industry Recognition
Manage the company’s award calendar, tracking relevant industry award opportunities and submission deadlines.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of award entries, including gathering supporting materials and ensuring submissions meet requirements.
Maintain records of award submissions, recognitions, and related marketing opportunities.
Content Library & Asset Management
Organize and maintain the company’s brand content library, including images, logos, templates, testimonials, and other brand assets.
Ensure assets are easily accessible and properly categorized for internal use.
Maintain version control and archive outdated or unused assets as needed.
Maintain a library of resources, reference, and instructional documents that support Network-wide operations and Distributor Owner success.
Project & Asset Management
Track brand projects from concept through production.
Coordinate timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Communicate supply chain specialist for print, promotional products, and production partners.
Verify artwork specifications, imprint methods, and branding requirements.
Support quality control during the production process.
Other duties as assigned Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, social media, print production, or promotional products.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels.
