The Senior Manager – HR & Executive Business Partner is a dual-impact leadership role combining strategic HR ownership for US operations with high-level executive partnership to the CEO.
This position provides end-to-end HR oversight for US employees in coordination with the PEO, ensures compliance and strong people processes, and drives talent initiatives. Simultaneously, the role acts as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CEO, leading executive governance, strategic follow-ups, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.
The role requires strong business acumen, executive maturity, HR expertise, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the HR lead for US operations (approx. 17 employees). Own and oversee the relationship with the PEO to ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with US labor laws. Advise business leaders on compensation, promotions, performance management, and employee relations matters. Drive talent development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes in collaboration with managers and the PEO. Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture. Executive Business Partnership (CEO Office)
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment and execution of key priorities. Drive Executive Leadership Team (ELT) governance, including action tracking, milestone follow‑ups, and cross‑functional coordination. Maintain executive dashboards and performance trackers for strategic initiatives. Attend ELT meetings; capture minutes and convert discussions into structured, accountable action plans. Ensure timely closure of deliverables; elevate delays or risks where necessary. Prepare executive presentations, board‑level materials, briefing notes, speeches, and communications. Coordinate leadership conferences, strategic offsites, and annual planning sessions. Support internal executive communications including town halls and leadership updates. Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity. Key Requirements
10–12 years of progressive HR and/or executive support experience in a global organization. Strong knowledge of US employment practices and compliance requirements. Proven ability to support C‑level executives and drive cross‑functional governance. Strong business judgment, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability and willingness to travel internationally when required. This position is based at Quasar USA, and travel to manufacturing sites.
