This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Sales Professional at our Newark, DE location. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on Ford vehicles, and assist them in making informed purchase decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial contact to final delivery, building lasting relationships with clients, and achieving monthly sales goals while offering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven ability in sales, customer service, and building customer relationships Ability to understand and explain automotive features and specifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with CRM software or related digital tools is a plus Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and the ability to meet driving requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales or customer service fields is preferred
