Role Description The Experiential Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional and inviting experience for every customer at Aroma Joe’s. This on-site, full-time role, based in Kennebunk, ME, involves engaging with customers, understanding and promoting Aroma Joe’s products, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. The Ambassador will actively contribute to furthering the company’s community-focused mission through exceptional service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and promoting the brand’s values and offerings.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
Customer service experience, hospitality experience, or prior roles in similar settings are highly valued.
Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset to address customer needs and inquiries positively.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure physical and operational spaces are welcoming, clean, and running smoothly.
Understanding of brand representation and enthusiasm for promoting products or services with authenticity and energy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality service.
