At Nordic Pure, the Client Support Representative supports administrative operations by assisting with both wholesale customer accounts and end consumer inquiries. This role supports established strategies to ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction. $19 to $21 per hour | Hybrid | Remote for the right candidate What You’ll Do

Customer Service Support

Provide customer service support as needed, assisting with overflow tasks and covering phones, emails, reviews, and other customer support activities Assist with supporting seller sites as needed Uphold Nordic Pure customer service standards to deliver exceptional service, including prompt, courteous, and effective responses to product inquiries, order issues, returns, and general customer inquiries Support standard operating procedures for handling consumer inquiries to increase efficiency and maintain high service quality Wholesale Customer Support

Serve as a point of contact for wholesale partners, managing inquiries related to bulk orders, account setups, pricing agreements, and order fulfillment, order tracking, returns, cancellations, and other related customer support Build strong relationships with wholesale customers, offering proactive support to address any service or product related issues Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for wholesale orders and client satisfaction Support arranging LTL and pallet order shipments Upload designated client orders (Supplies4Home and others) via CSV or other methods for streamlined processing Process Optimization and Reporting

Provide direct manager feedback and case trends to recommend improvements to products, processes, and customer service practices Support, follow, and create standard operating procedures to optimize department processes and workflows to ensure exceptional customer service and profitability goals Cross Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with your direct manager to align customer support initiatives with overall business objectives Serve as a voice of the customer, relaying insights and feedback to inform company strategies and product enhancements Assist with identifying prospective wholesale customers who place larger orders via the website What You Bring

Customer support experience (consumer and/or wholesale support is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort handling multiple channels (phones, email, reviews, seller sites) High attention to detail and follow through Confidence working cross functionally with sales and logistics teams Ability to learn processes quickly and contribute to continuous improvement How to Apply
