Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Manager located in the OH, United States. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications
Sales Management, Client Relations, and Customer Service skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics
Experience in the air filtration or HVAC industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development
Drive revenue growth by actively conducting product research and engaging in business development initiatives.
Proactively sell and promote the company's products to both existing and prospective clients, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct thorough needs and cost‑benefit analyses to provide tailored, value‑driven solutions for clients.
Establish and maintain positive, long‑term business relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Strategy and Market Expansion
Contribute to the development and execution of corporate marketing strategies aimed at expanding the company into new geographical markets.
Play a critical role in product portfolio expansion by identifying and assessing opportunities for new products and services.
Actively coordinate sales efforts and strategies with internal departments and staff across various locations to ensure cohesive market penetration.
Reporting and Market Intelligence
Generate comprehensive and timely reports for the management team, providing actionable intelligence on customer needs, emerging market trends, and competitive activities.
Utilize insights gathered from client interactions (including cold calling efforts) to identify potential new product and service opportunities.
Serve as a vital link between the market and the organization, ensuring product development and service offerings remain aligned with client interests and market demand.
