You will ensure that these systems operate seamlessly to support informed decision-making across the organization. Leverage your analytical thinking to identify challenges and implement effective, strategic solutions.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and optimization of information systems that support key business functions, ensuring data accuracy and driving maximum value.
Ensure product master data is consistently aligned across platforms for immediate access to reliable information and improved operational effectiveness.
Design and execute testing protocols that verify the fulfillment of business requirements and system performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enrich business workflows and guarantee comprehensive access to product information.
Actively search for and initiate new possibilities for system integrations and other innovative technical solutions improving data flow and functionality across platforms.
Offer proactive technical support to cross-functional teams, adapting systems to meet their evolving requirements.
Address and rectify system-related challenges, escalating issues as necessary to minimize disruptions.
Conduct administrative tasks related to user security and access permissions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3-4 years as a Business Analyst in the apparel industry
Proficient in PLM, Exenta, and ERP software with a strong understanding of their functionalities and applications in business processes
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
Entrepreneurial thinker, operational excellence, self-starter with a collaborative problem-solving
