
Social Media & Community Coordinator

Eleven Eleven is a women's apparel and lifestyle brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. We are seeking a Social Media & Community Coordinator to lead our social presence and continue to build our highly engaged, loyal customer community.
This role is centered on content creation and brand storytelling, with full ownership over how Eleven Eleven shows up across Instagram and TikTok. You will create, post, and manage content daily while shaping the voice, energy, and consistency of the brand across all social touchpoints.
About The Role You will own the execution of our social channels end-to-end, from ideation through filming, editing, and posting, while also driving engagement and connection with our audience.
This role requires strong creative instinct, consistency in execution, and a clear understanding of what performs on social. You should be comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
Must be based in Nashville, TN or willing to relocate.
Content Creation & Social Execution
Plan, create, and post daily content across Instagram and TikTok
Film and edit short-form video content optimized for platform performance
Maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity aligned with the brand
Identify trends and adapt them in a way that fits Eleven Eleven
Ensure content is posted consistently and on schedule
Social Channel Ownership
Manage all brand social accounts, including feed, stories, and short-form video
Monitor performance and adjust content direction based on engagement and reach
Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all platforms
Execute content calendars aligned with launches, drops, and campaigns
Community Engagement & Growth
Actively engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and interactive content
Build a strong sense of connection between the brand and customer
Create content and moments that encourage participation and sharing
Support initiatives that deepen customer loyalty and brand affinity
Brand Presence & Storytelling
Bring the brand to life through behind-the-scenes content and real-time storytelling
Capture moments across the business including product, team, and events
Contribute ideas for recurring content formats or series
Stay aligned with the brand's aesthetic and positioning in all outputs
Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience managing or creating content for social media accounts (brand or personal)
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, trends, and best practices
Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
Strong visual eye and understanding of composition, pacing, and storytelling
Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand
