Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Demand Gen

Sage, Austin, TX, United States

Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Demand Gen Job Description:

We’re looking for Channel / Partner Marketers or Demand Gen Marketers with strong GTM demand gen strategies, consultative skills and a data-driven, performance-focused mindset to join our Partner Marketing team.

Our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners are central to Sage’s growth and how we bring our solutions to market. Partner Marketing exists to empower these partners by helping them market and sell Sage solutions more effectively and confidently.

As Sage deepens its investment in the partner ecosystem and enters a new era defined by practical, trustworthy AI, we’re expanding our Partner Marketing team to support our VAR (value-added reseller) partners who sell and implement our AI-Powered ERP solutions. The focus of our partner marketers is on helping our reseller (VAR) partners to build and execute demand programs that actually convert - guiding campaign strategy, analyzing funnel performance from MQL through SQO, and advising partners on how to improve, accelerating pipeline, driving measurable results that fuels revenue growth (net-new customers) for partners and in-turn Sage.

A big part of this role is building strong, trusted relationships with an assigned set of reseller partners (around 8-12 partners) and acting as a strategic marketing advisor while working closely with our Partner Account Managers and Product Marketing team internally. It’s a high touch, hands-on role with pipeline impact - campaign planning, MDF utilization, performance dashboards, and quarterly reviews to identify where growth can be unlocked. You will collaborate with partners to build insight-driven co-marketing plans and guide them toward the most effective channels, tactics, and resources to maximize performance. You’ll support execution through campaigns-in-a-box, structured turnkey programs, performance dashboards, and continuous optimization.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from either our Austin or Atlanta office.

5 years of experience as a channel/partner marketing manager for software reseller partners OR demand generation marketing manager.

Experience marketing B2B SaaS / software solutions.

Demand marketing expertise including lead flow, campaign strategies and tactics.

Experience tracking integrated campaign and funnel performance - from MQL through SQL - and using analysis to identify gaps, measure results, and optimize co-marketing programs.

Ability to build trusted, consultative partner relationships and influence adoption of marketing programs to deliver measurable results.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
