In this role, you'll build reporting frameworks, connect channel performance to business outcomes, and guide data‑driven decision‑making across teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of marketing analytics experience and a strong command of paid media reporting, attribution, and B2C digital measurement. Work Model: Hybrid Degree: Preferred Responsibilities include overseeing performance reporting across paid digital channels; developing dashboards and measurement frameworks; connecting marketing activity to core KPIs such as leads, bookings, CPA, and ROI; aligning data sources and integrating offline conversion data; collaborating with external media partners on pacing and spend optimization; advancing attribution capabilities and first‑party data initiatives; delivering actionable insights to guide investment decisions; and supporting forecasting and financial planning through trend analysis.
