Responsibilities

Retailer online visibility: Quarterly review of network’s websites / Update banners / negotiate more visibility Create weekly social media post proposals & special paid Coop campaigns during defined key moments Manage tracking file and create monthly SM reports Send monthly media plan updates to HQ & keep Bumble Bee updated Support creation of monthly local standalone campaigns (sourcing/cropping images, provide newsletter copy and proof read) for EB’s and selected key partners Support creation of sales tools in Canva (CRM related) Manage press contacts in LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia) Support Marketing Director with event coordination SALES & OPERATIONS SUPPORT – First 6 Months

Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling customers calls and meetings Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems Create weekly/monthly reports for Sales Director Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales team Provide assistance to management team members as needed Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data Dimensions

Education: Bachelor's degree required Required Experience: 3+ years in the field of marketing and/or sales are mandatory Technical Skills / Abilities: Intermediate to advance proficiency level of computer literacy especially Excel and Photoshop, Canva, SAP and/or Booster; Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese would be a plus Personal Skills: Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to prioritize and plan work activities; ability to multi-task; Very detail oriented; Good communication skills, written and verbal; Availability to work extended hours; Pro-active and dynamic We Offer
