What is Required (Qualifications)
5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or related operational roles
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar systems
Proven experience in implementing automation and operational improvements
Strong project management skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams
Curiosity about AI‑enabled workflows and automation platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in designing repeatable workflows that enhance efficiency
Ability to translate loosely defined operational problems into scalable solutions
Knowledge of data and workflow automation best practices
