3 Months contract to start, potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE Rate:
$100.00/Hr Start Date:

Responsibilities: Position: Director of Pharmacy plus PIC Skills required: Inpatient, 3+ years of management experience, IV & TJC Florida Pharmacist and Consultant licensure required Dates of Coverage needed: Training start April 1st then take PIC starting April 6th and cover until we hire someone internally Coverage Hours needed: Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30/5pm No weekend coverage needed
Order Entry System: CPSI; experience preferred but can train Site Automation: Omnicell; experience preferred but can train Site Specialty Areas: Acute Care ICU, OP infusion, surgery, Med Surg Staff Size: 3 techs;1 fulltime pharmacist and 4 PRN pharmacists Tech support
Job Responsibilities and Expectations: Pharmacy leadership, TJC prep, limited staffing during the week, attention to regulatory and compliance. Sterile compounding involved but mostly done by techs. Training will be provided by staff onsite
