We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments—supporting quoting, order processing, and issue resolution—while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Customer Communication Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and order status Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating as needed Quoting Review and process requests for quotes (RFQs), clarifying scope with customers Collaborate with purchasing, estimating, and production to determine pricing and lead times Prepare and deliver quotes, following up to secure orders Order Processing Accurately enter and manage customer orders in internal systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery Proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers Issue Resolution Investigate and resolve product or service-related issues Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex concerns Recommend solutions that balance customer satisfaction and business needs Documentation & Systems Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders Update customer data within CRM and ERP systems Generate reports and documentation as needed Product Knowledge & Collaboration Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services Partner with sales and production teams to support customer needs Contribute xsgimln to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service processes
Qualifications Previous experience in
customer service, inside sales, or account management Experience in a
manufacturing or industrial environment
preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with
CRM or ERP systems
