Employee Benefits Administrator

This position is responsible for administering the employee benefits programs that include medical, dental, vision, life, short-term/long-term disability, COBRA, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts for Health Care & Dependent Care, the 401k & Non-Qualified Savings Plans, and Employee Assistance program. Duties and Responsibilities: Administer the company's benefits program regarding plan options, policy features, etc. Assist employees with enrollment process, qualifying life event changes, claims questions, etc. Conduct the weekly New Hires Benefits Orientation session Manage the Company's annual Open Enrollment process Administer the 401k and NQ (Non-Qualified Plan) plans Oversee the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Oversee the Wellness Program/Coordinate Wellness Events for the Company and track employee participation for incentive points Reconcile monthly insurance carrier invoices and submit check requests Fitness Center/Gym ensure supplies are ordered and kept stocked, submit service request tickets for equipment issues Leave of Absence Management Manages FMLA, Extended Medical Leave, and Personal Leave of Absence for eligible employees Other duties as assigned/needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience At least two years related HR/Benefits Administration experience is required. Work Requirements: This position may require sitting, standing, working in front of a computer monitor in an office-setting approximately 90% of the day and occasionally, working in a hot, humid manufacturing environment. Requires ability to travel between field locations. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to ten pounds This position is an 8 hour per day position. Regular attendance is required.
