We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to join a supportive and collaborative team in Freehold, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service, order management, and cross-functional coordination with the potential to transition into a permanent position after 3 months.
Immediate hiring available! Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat Process customer orders through email, fax, and EDI systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipping Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively Maintain accurate customer and product information in company systems Process invoices, returns, and purchase orders Monitor and update internal systems such as ERP, EDI, and WMS Provide professional assistance to walk-in customers when needed Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Shipping and receiving experience Order processing experience Why joining us?
