Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries efficiently Resolve customer questions and complaints via phone, email, or face‑to‑face interactions Assist with new account openings, account maintenance, issue resolution, and general banking inquiries Provide accurate information on banking products and services Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions through account analysis ✅ Qualifications 5+ years

of experience in a high‑volume call center (banking preferred)

OR 3+ years

of direct banking experience Schedule Full‑time:

40 hours per week
