Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a product Owner, product analyst, or similar role, preferably in enterprise software development. MBA a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture and system integrations. Experience working with enterprise software solutions such as ERP, CRM, and HRM systems. Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Aha!) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
