Ross Stores - 455 South Wadsworth Boulevard - Responsibilities: Maintains safe & secure environment for associates and customers; Provides visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Walks sales floor to identify theft indicators and address potential theft; Partners with store leadership to ensure compliance with loss prevention directives and minimization of operational shortage; Increases store awareness on processes to minimize operational shortage and trains associates on shortage reduction initiatives
