Ross Stores - 27651 San Bernadino Ave - Responsibilities: Provides visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor; Mitigates theft and fraud and maintains a safe and secure environment for associates and customers; Walks the sales floor to identify theft indicators and address potential theft as directed by Store Leadership; Partners with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimization of operational shortage; Trains and educates associates on shortage reduction initiatives
