detail-oriented SOP Writer / Documentation Specialist
to support the Office of Business and Finance. This role will focus on documenting operational workflows, creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizing internal administrative documentation. Key Responsibilities • Draft, edit, and maintain SOPs and internal documentation • Translate operational workflows into clear written procedures • Organize and maintain a centralized documentation repository • Support documentation for financial, procurement, and administrative processes • Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts Requirements ✔ Experience in
technical writing, SOP documentation, or administrative documentation ✔ Strong
writing, editing, and documentation skills ✔ Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ✔ Strong
organizational and document management skills Preferred ⭐ Experience with
document management systems (e.g., OnBase) ⭐ Familiarity with
