Benefits Specialist

CFS has partnered with a non-profit organization to identify a Benefits Specialist to expand their Human Resources team in Malden, MA.

Responsibilities of the Benefits Specialist:

• Administration of benefits, including onboarding all new employees
• Being an expert on medical, dental, and other employee benefits and being able to speak to employees about their options
• Assisting with Open Enrollment period
• Responding to any HRIS inquiries, such as employee documentation
• Communicating with the benefits broker

Background Expected of the Benefits Specialist:

• 2+ years' experience in a Human Resources position that includes benefits administration
• Experience with any HRIS system and Microsoft Excel required

Salary Range:
$60,000-$70,000
