Position Overview:
We are thrilled to invite a skilled Product Manager to spearhead the development of our audience and contextual signals, focusing on refining targeting and measurement strategies for Netflix Ads. In this vital role, you will outline the roadmap for our signal management platform, which includes APIs, advertiser integrations, partner data ingestion, and data storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to launch user-friendly tools that empower advertisers to manage advertising signals efficiently.
- Drive Roadmap and Strategy: Set priorities and manage the product roadmap, balancing immediate necessities with a long-term vision for a resilient signal platform capable of handling extensive data operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including sales, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal, to ensure smooth product launches and high adoption rates.
- Champion Data Governance: Establish yourself as the expert in advertising data governance and management strategies on customer-facing platforms.
- Communicate Vision: Effectively convey the product vision and strategy, fostering a collaborative environment for idea sharing.
Qualifications Needed:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of launching and scaling advertising platforms.
- A successful background in managing Ad Tech products throughout their entire lifecycle, including the development of advertiser-facing interfaces.
- In-depth knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, particularly in CTV ads, identity solutions, and clean room technologies.
- Strong technical expertise in integrating with ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs, along with familiarity with APIs and data integration frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with teams across Insights, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other Product domains.
- A solid understanding of legal compliance and the evolving landscape of global advertising regulations.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing partner needs, strategic direction, and product priorities.
At Netflix, we offer a competitive compensation package, allowing you the flexibility to choose between salary and stock options. The salary range for this role is between $240,000 and $725,000.
