Role Overview:

The Product Manager will lead the creation of cutting-edge ad formats for the Netflix Ads platform. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative ad formats across multiple platforms (Desktop, Mobile, TV).
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, delivering features iteratively to effectively address business challenges.
  • Embrace an agile mindset, keen to rapidly prototype, test, and enhance our offerings.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, research, and business teams to prioritize enhancements and features.
  • Develop success metrics for products and drive execution and continuous evaluation of these indicators.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with design teams to create innovative advertising formats.

  • A passion for developing products that transform audience interactions and experiences with content.

  • Hands-on experience designing and developing ad-serving or Supply-Side Platform products.

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, including OpenRTB and VAST protocols.

  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • A strong record of analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • A curious and adaptable mindset, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

At Netflix, we focus on an annual salary, without bonuses. Each year, you can choose how to balance your compensation between salary and stock options. For this role, the salary range is $120,000 - $515,000, adjusted based on market indicators and individual qualifications.
