Rug Crew Team Member - Farmville, VA

Green Front Furniture in Farmville, Virginia is looking for a motivated individual to join our Rug Crew team. This is a customer-focused support role involving the handling and presentation of rugs throughout our showroom. Responsibilities include unloading, loading, lifting, hanging, sorting, and rotating rugs, as well as assisting with furniture assembly and showroom staging. The role also involves helping customers by preparing and securing merchandise for transport.

We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record.

A high school diploma (or equivalent) and reliable transportation are required. Candidates must also be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.
