The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Ecommerce Sales Assistant

to join our team at our Port Washington headquarters. This is an exciting entry-level role, ideal for someone who is data driven and eager to learn the ins and outs of the furniture industry.

This role is based in Port Washington, New York and requires candidates to be local or willing to relocate prior to start.

What You’ll be Doing

Build and launch new product listings across multiple retail accounts

Own ongoing product updates, including pricing, imagery, and video assets

Manage, audit, and troubleshoot product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency

Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining digital catalogs across various retail accounts

Regularly review retail partner sites to confirm product information is current and correct

Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams

Support client communication by providing timely, professional responses

Who You Are

1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
