Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to Salesforce platforms. Role Summary The Salesforce Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements. The role involves requirement gathering, user story creation, stakeholder coordination, and supporting Agile delivery to ensure Salesforce solutions deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce initiatives. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Support creation and maintenance of documentation such as BRDs/FRDs (as applicable), user stories, workflows, and requirement traceability matrices. Perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requests within Salesforce. Salesforce-Specific Responsibilities Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly. Provide functional guidance across Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows/flows, validations, reports, and dashboards. Participate in UAT planning and execution, including test scenario creation, coordination with business users, and validation of delivered functionality. Support release readiness activities and post deployment validation. gile & Delivery Collaboration Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to help prioritize backlog items and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR). ct as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle. Stakeholder & Communication Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder review sessions. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to project and delivery leadership. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and changes are documented and communicated effectively. Required Skills And Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or Salesforce-based programs. Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts (data model, security, automation, reports, dashboards). Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments. Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent). Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills. Communication & Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders. bility to explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms.
