Job Description

User Applications Liaison 2 Newport News, VA Contract $32.44-$42.66/hr

Interfaces between systems analysts/programmers and users located in a specialized area to ensure that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users within an organization. Documents product/service requirements and develops test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out. Requires general-logic knowledge of system capabilities without necessarily the ability to program.

Basic Qualifications: User Applications Liaison 2

3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree Special Requirements: User Applications Liaison 2

Prior HRIS Systems Work Work with SuccessFactors or other HCM Systems Technical configuration of systems for end users (NOT development or architecture)

Top Skill Sets: User Applications Liaison 2

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas). Prefer a candidate who demonstrates excellent communication skills both oral and written, ability to work independently, work well under stringent time constraints, ability to multi-task, and have strong time management skills. Basic understanding of HR processes (recruiting, compensation, employee lifecycle). Hands-on, self-starter who is capable and willing to learn and grow with the business. Detail and results oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and under short turnaround times. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
