Needed immediately: Industrial Automation Control Panel Builder in Marietta, GA. The Industrial Automation Control Panel Builder will have the capabilities to read and interpret electrical drawing packages to independently fabricate high quality industrial automation control panels. Qualifications
Hands-on experience in fabricating, building, wiring, testing, and inspecting control panels: Ability to wire using elementaries and point to point wiring diagrams. Skilled in providing mechanical build (layout of backplate, drilling, tapping, component layout) Ability to use appropriate hand tools and power tools. In-depth comprehension of common electrical components such as breakers, disconnect switches, starters, relays, timers, PLCs, VFDs, contactors, overloads, etc. Excellent knowledge of UL508A and NEC. Experience building and inspecting panels to these standards. Proficient understanding of circuits and industrial automation electronics. Knowledge of applicable safety rules and procedures, including OSHA. Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work carefully and accurately. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Years of Experience Required: 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Automation Control Panel fabrication and wiring for panels incorporating industrial IO, PLC and VFD automation panels.
