Job Title

We are a small wealth management, investment advisory team in Miamisburg, OH. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and provide great service to our clients. Responsibilities and pay will increase over time. This is an in-person position. Initial responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments and data entry. Qualified candidates will be eager to learn, have at least some college education with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Responsibilities and Primary Activities: Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office. Handles incoming telephone calls to screen solicitors and connect clients with their respective advisors. Sorts and distributes the mail. Sends periodic client correspondence. Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork. Orders and manages office supplies. Copy/Fax/Scan/Bind financial planning documentation. Assists in filing of client records. Assists in entry and management of client information within Salesforce. Sends weekly Market Commentary and other email campaigns. Helps maintain clean conference room and kitchen for clients and advisors. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Hours, Compensation and Schedule: Initial workweek will include 8:30-4pm Monday-Thursday at Voya's office in Miamisburg, OH. Additional hours may be available based upon workload and availability. Position will be compensated hourly, at an initial rate of $16 per hour determined by experience and expertise. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent attitude and client service orientation Superior phone skills-friendly and helpful Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook Ability to learn or use Salesforce and Mailchimp Software Ability to attend work consistently and on time Excellent communication skills
