Data Entry Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to provide clerical, administrative, and data-entry support for a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience in administrative support or data entry, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of documentation. Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in digital databases and internal systems. Organize, scan, and file both electronic and physical documents. Prepare, sort, and process incoming paperwork to ensure efficiency and timely workflow. Verify data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring alignment with program and compliance standards. Support general office operations, including clerical tasks, document handling, and administrative assistance as needed. Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data entry or administrative/clerical support. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with program staff.
