Job Description: The Banking Customer Service Representative supports customers with loan and deposit accounts, online banking services, and ongoing account maintenance. This role is well-suited for a professional with recent banking or credit union call-center experience who enjoys providing consultative, resolutions based support. Most customer communication is handled via email, with phone interactions as a secondary channel. Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive, high-quality service to customers by answering account-related questions and resolving issues Assist with opening and maintaining loan and deposit accounts, including support for online account setup Manage secure digital communications by monitoring and responding to customer emails and messages Perform account servicing tasks such as processing account changes, transfers, loan payoffs, and documentation updates Support loan customers throughout construction projects by preparing disbursement requests, tracking budgets, and monitoring timelines Identify appropriate opportunities to introduce additional services aligned with customer needs Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of recent customer service experience in a banking or credit union environment Hands-on experience supporting lending products and loan servicing processes Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Familiarity with CRM and banking platforms such as Salesforce and OSI Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach Additional Details: This is not a high-volume call role; interactions are more complex and relationship-driven Hybrid role after 30 days, two days in office and three days remote Role is temp to hire after probationary timeframe Perks: Relationship-focused service environment Opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organization Exposure to both lending and deposit operations Collaborative and supportive team culture Beautiful office, training provided, great work/life balance 830-5pm hours Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
