Digital Product Manager – Web & Mobile Experience HTC Global Services is seeking a Digital Product Manager to help shape and enhance customer-facing web and mobile experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business needs, user experience, and technical delivery—turning ideas into well-defined product requirements and helping cross-functional teams bring high-quality digital features to market & working onsite with the enterprise team several days a week in the Celebration, FL location. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize backlog items, define user stories, support Agile delivery, and continuously improve the digital customer experience through data, testing, and user insights. What You’ll Own Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and user needs Translate product strategy and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to drive delivery across the product lifecycle Help teams stay on track by participating in Agile ceremonies and addressing blockers as they arise Champion the end-user experience by identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys across web and mobile platforms Use analytics, testing, and customer feedback to support product decisions and ongoing enhancements Support feature launches and go-to-market coordination with cross-functional partners Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders Contribute to ongoing product support, enhancements, and operational stability What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in digital product management Experience supporting web and/or mobile applications Strong background working in Agile environments, including backlog management and user story creation Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements for delivery teams Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey improvement Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to guide decisions Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and updates to stakeholders Ability to manage competing priorities and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience with consumer-facing or high-traffic digital platforms Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools, and digital performance optimization Exposure to feature launches or go-to-market activities Why Makes This Opportunity Exciting For you: Visible role supporting meaningful digital experience initiatives Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, design, engineering, and business teams Opportunity to influence both delivery execution and user experience improvements Blend of strategy, prioritization, Agile delivery, and digital optimization What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
